Kaptai Lake is a large man-made lake in southeastern Bangladesh. It was created in the 1960s by the construction of the Kaptai Dam on the Karnaphuli River.

Location: The lake is located in the Chittagong Hill Tracts, a mountainous region with dense forests and waterfalls.

Foy's Lake is a man-made lake in Chittagong, Bangladesh, created in 1924 by damming a stream from the northern hills. In 1925, British Railway engineer Mr. Foy designed and planned a beautiful and natural setting for the lake, which was eventually named after him.
